Purpose of Role:
Provide high level customer service related to product sales to effectively and efficiently increase sales margins in line with budget requirements and business objectives with a desire to exceed targets. Diversify company customer base in line with our strategy and objectives.
Conduct work activities in a manner which conforms to current policies and procedures of company.
Key Accountabilities
- Growing and diversifying the company customer base, bring them up to speed with latest development, probing for future business, soliciting new business and improving / developing customer relations
- Promoting the company brand, especially re-engineering/retrofit
- Setting up appointments for new customers and prospective customers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to make sure customer needs are met
- Maintain activities in C4C/ C4S in line with company requirements
- Record, Analyse, Report and administer according to systems and requirements (C4C/ C4S)
- Provide technical & commercial solutions to customers
- Supporting with queries and technical information as and when required
- Understanding the principles of rotating equipment retrofit.
- Comply with and enforce all company policies and procedures
- Carry out all other reasonable tasks that may be delegated from time to time
- Assist fellow employees with daily functions as and when required
