Job Summary:
The Expeditor will be responsible for ensuring that materials, equipment, and other resources are delivered to job sites in a timely manner to keep construction projects on schedule. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and attention to detail to streamline procurement and delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Deliveries: Track and expedite the delivery of construction materials, tools, and equipment from suppliers to ensure timely arrival at job sites.
- Schedule and Monitor Deliveries: Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to confirm and schedule deliveries, ensuring compliance with project timelines.
- Inventory Management: Keep detailed records of materials received and check for accuracy and quality. Maintain inventory levels to ensure project needs are met without delays.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve delivery issues, discrepancies, and delays by working closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain delivery logs, shipping documents, and material receipts for project records.
- Communicate with Project Teams: Collaborate with construction managers, project coordinators, and contractors to understand material needs and adjust delivery schedules accordingly.
- Assist with Procurement: Help the procurement team with material ordering, tracking orders, and ensuring material availability for upcoming project phases.
- Ensure Compliance: Confirm that all deliveries meet the required safety standards and specifications.
