Job Description	The CCTV Operator will be responsible for operating the CCTV system as per Kagem legislation regarding the use of CCTV and the system's Code of Practice, Operational Manual, Standard Operating Procedures, Council Policies, and any other instructions issued from time to time. Responsibilities: The CCTV Operators to report 15 minutes before start of shift as per shift roster. Managing all surveillance cameras within the DAC in an efficient manner and compliance with the operating procedures, legislation, and best practice. To maintain a secure system for providing data per the regulations and to ensure the security of the DAC and equipment is always maintained. To use the CCTV equipment proactively and to its optimum level to help the PS team and the organisation to detect and deter crime. Use the CCTV cameras to identify offenders, trespassers and provide high-quality evidence to enable investigations and necessary prosecutions. Record all the incidents in Quori web application and the worksheet, also communicate via WhatsApp group to the PS Management. Carry out and log daily equipment checks and report all faults and failures of CCTV as soon as they occur to the technical team via verbal communication and WhatsApp group to rectify the faults. Also, report the camera snags in Quori and update in the worksheet for future reference. Inherent Requirements	Monitor bush fire within the licensed area and report to SHEQ. Responsible for the security of the DAC and its contents, including the security of data and its transfer to authorised departments. Only authorised personnel are permitted access to the DAC and they must be booked in and out in the register. Responsible for always keeping the DAC clean and tidy. Night shift operators are responsible for updating Server (NVR) checklist. (Duration of footage available in each NVR’s) Key control (sort house and server room keys) – Issuing and receiving of keys to be recorded in the register. Responsible to bookmark the critical (Theft, Suspicious and Breach) incidents and backup the footages. Radio monitoring and conducting back hours washing plant situation reports and ensure to register in the CCTV daily report worksheet. Ensure to record Genset snag and camera snags during power outages are updated in the CCTV daily report worksheet. Responsible to record and follow up on washing plant work permits. Ensure all the reports are accurate and the worksheets are updated while taking over and handing over
