- A receptionist purpose would be to control people entering and exiting the building, answer the telephone and welcome visitors. Tasks and responsibilities
- Attention to detail
- Operates multi-line telephone system to answer all incoming calls
- Direct callers to appropriate personnel
- Complete a variety of administrative duties
- Understanding company procedures and policies
- Offer refreshments when needed
- Monitor visitor access
- Send, receive, sort, and route mail; maintain and route publications
- Take payments for services and products.
- Daily cash up to be done
- Submitting and reconciling of Monthly petty cash and ensuring that this balances.
- Make patient bookings
