Experience and Education:
- Matric / National Senior Certificate
- Registered Debt Counsellor (advantageous)
- Insurance industry experience
Competency Skills and Knowledge
- Proven experience in sales (preferably in debt counselling, financial services, or call centre).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills – both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Basic understanding of debt counselling, credit reports, and financial hardship solutions
- Apply personal ethics, honesty, initiative, flexibility, responsibility, and confidentiality in all areas of responsibility.
- Possess strong problem solving and decision-making skills while using good judgement.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers, and management.
- Proficient in English & Afrikaans.
- The ability to work independently.
