The company is seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential clients telephonically to introduce our training and development services, secure appointments, and help grow our client base. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a passion for sales and education, capable of achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote the academy’s services
  • Clearly explain course offerings and benefits to potential learners or organizations
  • Schedule appointments or consultations for senior team members
  • Maintain and update customer and prospect records in the CRM system
  • Follow up with leads and existing clients to nurture relationships and drive conversions
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly telesales targets
  • Handle client objections professionally and close sales effectively
  • Provide accurate information about training programmes and learner support services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on campaigns and leads
  • Attend product training and stay up to date with service offerings and industry trends

  • Matric (High School Diploma) – Essential
  • Additional education or relevant certifications in sales, marketing, or education – Advantageous
  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a sales-related role
  • Prior exposure to the training and skills development sector is highly beneficial
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team
  • Strong time management and follow-up skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Must be comfortable working in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
