Role Overview
This role is ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between software product teams, logistics and operation’s teams. Will lead the rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of internal or client-facing operational tools, particularly those involving routing, fleet, or logistics workflows. Focus will be on execution: data collection and validation, stakeholder engagement, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring the tools deliver real-world results.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Implementation Execution
- Serve as the operational lead on rollout and implementation of logistics-focused tools or solutions.
- Coordinate deployment, configuration, and on-the-ground support for systems related to routing, fleet visibility, or supply chain.
- Ensure access to accurate operational data: fuel consumption, parcel tracking, route timing, delivery cost breakdowns, etc.
- Collaborate with engineers and data teams to align business needs with technical deliverables.
- Work closely with users (drivers, fleet controllers, dispatchers, etc.) to ensure adoption and gather ongoing feedback.
- Track defined success metrics, including cost savings, route efficiency, and delivery performance and report regularly.
Data & Operational Analysis
- Own the collection, cleaning, and validation of operational and logistical data.
- Build and maintain structured data pipelines or reporting templates.
- Use Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) to analyse trends and identify inefficiencies.
- Interpret data into insights that guide business decisions and product iterations.
Cross-functional Project Management
- Manage stakeholders across technical, product, and operational departments.
- Maintain timelines, priorities, and feedback loops between internal teams and end-users.
- Identify risks, misalignments, or data issues and escalate or resolve proactively.
- Document learnings, outcomes, and recommendations for future phases or rollouts.
