- Allocate all job tasks to maximize the efficient utilization of the fleet
- Ensure that all clients are serviced within the agreed period of time and notified proactively should the service delivery not be possible
- Reconciliation of invoices, weighbridge, toll and diesel slips
- Monitor and control vehicles using Power Track software Special vehicles reports.
- Special vehicles reports for Accidents, vehicles misused and reckless driving,
- Ensure and inforce that all staff has correct PPE and suitable equipment to perform their tasks
- Ensure drivers are correctly briefed and movements are planned to obtain maximum efficiencies.
