  • Review claim documentation to ensure all required information is present for processing
  • Organize the insurance process across departments, monitor claims, and provide metrics reporting

Key responsibilities:

  • Offering advice about making claims.
  • Responsible for managing the claims process and ensuring all claims are dealt with in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage workload in the claims area to meet deadlines and prevent a backlog for settlement.

  • Liaising with a range of professionals including the police and medical staff, requesting medical history if natural or disability claim and post mo-term if unnatural claim.
