Identify risks and opportunities thereof
Generate necessary indirect costs,
Compare construction methods with resources and sub-contracting requirements
Assisting the procurement department by evaluating costs for tender awarding
Assist in devising contractual letters
Supervise on-site measurements for interim and final payments
Attending site meetings and technical meetings to monitor the project’s progress and determine the necessities for additional funds, should there be a further design request by the client,
Prepare monthly cost reports as a reflection of financial status of the project,
Manage Variation Orders
Perform a first delivery for technical scrutiny, and final inspection with the client for technical & design approval, followed by a preparation of final account
