Draw up shift rosters and check and approve all overtime claims
Manage and monitor the overall operation of the tote system, including processing wagers, calculating payouts, and generating reports
Supervise and lead operational teams including tote operators, customer service representatives, and technical staff
Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluation to team members
Collaborate with technical teams to address any technical issues or system glitches promptly
Maintain effective communication with customers, stakeholders, and betting participants to address inquiries and resolve issues
Identify opportunities for operational improvement, process optimization, and system enhancement to enhance customer experienc

Duties
Provide IT technical support to the
staff/users various at the various
branch’s (in and around Gauteng).
Setting up of networks, maintaining networks and installing IT equipment.
Resolving staff/user IT related issues.
Resolving problems, planning and implementation of network infrastructures.
As and when requested, travel to other provinces to set up new infrastructures (e.g. Kimberly, Sun City, etc.).

Duties
IT/PC & LAPTOP TECHNICIAN:
Installation, maintenance and upgrades of hardware and software (manually from disks/cds/dvds etc as well as via the
internet);
Trouble-shooting;
Repairs to laptops/notebooks, PCs and Table PCs (all brands);
Data Recovery;
Setting up/establishing a link between computers, printers, etc across a network (LAN, WAN, etc);
Maintaining existing cabling and hubs;
Assisting senior network and systems Administrators;
Hardening of computers;
Risk, threat and vulnerability assessment;
Establishing contingency plans (i.e. theft, fire, water-damage, Hackers, etc);

CUSTOMER SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR:
Attend to all customer queries (hardware and software related);
Booking in and assigning units for repairs to technicians;
Quote customers on repairs;
Liaison between suppliers and customers;
Invoice customers on collection of repairs;
Manage and balance petty cash;
Attend to any other general admin duties as and when required.
