Duties

 

Looking after key accounts namely Engen, Astron Energy, Sappi, AECI, Astron, BP, Pragma, Total and Engen

Duties

 

Cold calling new companies and booking meetings to site assessments in order to find a way in to do business.
Finding gaps in the market for new solutions/ projects at companies which would make us irreplaceable to customers.
Manage a book of customers and ensure that their needs and concerns are dealt with in my area/ region.
Ensure client service satisfaction, as well as potentially upsell waste solutions or other services such as Hazmat or stock items.

• Hunt for new business on the road and spot potential new clients with a target of 7 new business per month.
• Cold call facilities that may generate medical waste and probe to change providers.
• Attend to all current existing customers and maintain healthy relationships with the zone/area allocated to me.
• Account manage and assist all clients with any issues/additional services.
• Key Accounts Manager for any head office of an account that is in my given area
• Sign 4x Service Level Agreements per month with either new or existing customers
• Stay on top of competitors and find their pricing strategies/sales tactics in my area
• Tend to both government and private sector and ensure that their level of service they are receiving is of standard
